We will contact you after receiving the application to arrange a showing to see the available rental in person. If you decide to move forward with the deposit (equal to 1 month's rent), we will stop showing the place with any deposit placed while we go thru the application process. There will be a non-refundable $25 application fee, paid via Zelle or CashApp. If background and references do not come back with positive results and security deposit was paid to hold it, we will promptly refund the deposit.

This lower unit is part of a duplex in the Beechwood Neighborhood, right in the heart of the city & is the entire 1st floor of the house. Newly remodeled with a flooring re-do & fresh paint, new smoke detectors & CO2 detectors. This apartment has Living room, dining room, utility room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 3 Bedrooms (2 of them are connected with a door in the middle) Unit has both a front porch & side porch entrance with digital door locks. The utility room has W/D hookups, shelving & drawer storage & can be used either as a pantry/laundry room or both! House has a shared driveway for off street parking (shared with upstairs unit), a backyard also (shared with upstairs unit) & the basement also has W/D hook-ups. Utilities are not included (except city refuse pickup & water bill), appliances are not included, no pets. There is a non-refundable $25 application fee, paid via Zelle or CashApp & includes a background/credit check & we require rental history references. All of our leases are month-to-month & security deposit is equal to 1 months rent. No rental assistance subsidies are accepted for this property at this time.
