How to Apply:
Download the tenant application using the button above, fill it out, then return it to us via email: Majesticpropertyemporium@gmail.com or use the submit app button above (will open email link) or you can use the contact us page form. We will contact you after receiving the application to arrange a showing to see the available rental in person. If you decide to move forward with the deposit (equal to 1 month's rent), we will stop showing the place with any deposit placed while we go thru the application process. There will be a non-refundable $25 application fee, paid via Zelle or CashApp. If background and references do not come back with positive results and security deposit was paid to hold it, we will promptly refund the deposit.
